Onno Heemskerk is a visual creative from the Netherlands.
His work is strongly focused on aesthetics and a curiosity for making images. He grew up in Zuidlaren, Drenthe, where his interest in visuals, composition, and atmosphere started at a young age.

This interest later developed into a study in Communication & Multimedia Design at Hanze Groningen. There, he learned the fundamentals of visual design and gained a clear understanding of how visual language works, supported by research and structure.

With a background in design, photography, and art direction, Onno works in a way that combines precision with intuition. He is always looking for images that feel thoughtful but also a bit unexpected, often with a subtle sense of absurdity and storytelling. In front and behind the camera.
